In the morning of August 30, 2023, Ms. Mengfan Cai successfully passed her PhD thesis defence. The title of her thesis is “Assessing the Emerging Environmental Concerns from Bio-originated Organic Pollutants in Cropping Systems”. Her profound knowledge and excellent presentation helped her win a good evaluation from the external examiner, Dr. Lei Liu, and other examining committee members (Drs. Wenfang Xie, Fariborz Haghighat, Sang Hyeok Han, and Chunjiang An).
