In collaboration with Multi-Partner Research Initiative of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan), Oil Spill Response Limited (OSRL), Canadian Coast Guard (CCG), Oil Spill Recovery Institute (OSRI), Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC), and Congress of Aboriginal Peoples (CAP), Concordia University will host the International Oil Spill Science Conference (IOSSC) 2026 in Montréal from October 13–16, 2026.

This conference aims to build-upon the success of our first conference in Halifax, Canada (IOSSC 2022). The conference aims to provide a platform for professionals, scholars and students from the oil spill response community, government, industry, academia, and the public (including indigenous community members) to work together to deal with current and emerging challenges in the field of oil spill response.
